We had dress up today for World Book Day at Magherabeg. There was some wonderful creativity in the creation of costumes. We had a wide variety of characters fiction, non-fictional, mythical and legendary. We had oompa loompa’s, animals, wizards, witches, princess, super heroes and super stars. We had Mr. Men, unicorns, gladiators and pyjamas for bed-time stories. Matilda and Ms. Honey made an appearance while the characters from Charlie and the Chocolate factory even found a golden ticket. The children had a fantastic day with some of the older children reading stories to the younger children in our school.
