The boys and girls in the Junior classes recently had a visit from the author of Lenny the Lizard, John David McHale and his son Finn who did the illustrations. He read the story, spoke to the children about the story and they did some colourings.
Our first class were interviewed about what they liked about the story.
Cara and Maison liked the colouring.
Maria thought Missie Rain the frog was very good.
Max thought Luther the Lizard was interesting.
Jamie and Oisin liked everything.
Dolores loved the colours in the book.
Stephanie really liked the carachters.
Ayat thought Lenny at Halloween was cool.
Dolores and Cara would like to be authors when they grow up. Jamie and Maria would like to be illustrators.
