Over the course of 6 weeks, Junior and Senior Infants were doing gymnastics at Citadel in Letterkenny. Their coaches were called Ciaran and Niamh.
They were really excited when they found out they were doing gymnastics. They really
enjoyed doing the bars, trampoline and the beam. Some of them already do gymnastics in their free time. They even learned how to do handstands, cartwheels forward and backwards rolls and splits. One boy even learned how to do a double backflip!
They especially enjoyed getting a break from their usual class work to do gymnastics. They had lots of fun over the past 6 weeks of doing gymnastics at Citadel.
