The Sunflower seeds were planted in the spring by 2nd and 3rd class. Frankie the gardener helped them. They grew very high during the summer.
It’s Autumn now and 4th and 5th class were working with Frankie in the garden. We cut the heads off the sunflowers. The heads will be used for seeds to plant again next spring. We put shredded paper on the sunflower beds to keep the weeds away.
